The Harvest Haul: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. Harvest & Herd Co., 3857 Birch Street #3361, Newport Beach, CA 92660 ("Sponsor"). Questions: support@harvestandherd.com.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Entry period. The giveaway starts at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time on October 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 29, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter. Visit https://www.harvestandherd.com/pages/harvest-haul during the Entry Period and submit your first name and email address through the entry form for one (1) entry. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Optional bonus entries are available through these free actions: referring friends who enter (10 entries per friend who submits a valid entry), completing a short survey (5 entries), following Sponsor on Instagram (2 entries), following Sponsor on Facebook (2 entries), and visiting a product page (1 entry). No bonus action requires a purchase.

Limit one registration per person and per email address. Entries made with multiple or fake email addresses, scripts, bots, or any automated method are void, and Sponsor may disqualify anyone it believes is tampering with the entry process.

5. Prize. One (1) Grand Prize: sixteen (16) jars of Harvest & Herd Citrus & Honey Tallow Balm. Approximate retail value: $559.84. Shipped to one address in the United States. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, include additional products with the prize at no cost to the winner. No cash or other substitution or transfer by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

6. Winner selection and notification. On or about October 30, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and must reply within seventy-two (72) hours with a shipping address. If the potential winner does not reply in time, is found ineligible, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.

7. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their first name, last initial, and state in announcements of the giveaway result without further compensation.

8. General conditions. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. If the giveaway cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical problems, or any cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend it and award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries received before the action was taken.

9. Release and limitation of liability. By accepting the prize, the winner releases Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or from receipt or use of the prize.

10. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is used as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy at harvestandherd.com/policies/privacy-policy.

11. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

12. Winner's name. To learn the winner's name, email support@harvestandherd.com with the subject "Harvest Haul Winner" by December 31, 2026.

13. Social platforms. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Gleam. Entrants release those companies from all liability related to the giveaway.
